Dr. Psy-Q Hi is introduced as the brother of Dr. Ignatius Q "I.Q." Hi and is a psychoanalyst. He works in a Psychiatric Medical Center that bears the slogan 'Exploring the space between your ears'.
He is voiced by John Billingsley.
Appearance[]
Dr. Psy-Q Hi shares similar traits with his brother, such as with the shape of his face (especially his nose) or the color of his hair. He also wears a similar hat as him, although the lightbulb is shorter.
Notable differences are his hair, straight instead of curly, his small beard, the round glasses and his outfit, more reminiscent to a psychoanalyst rather than a laboratory scientist and his slightly thiner frame.

Trivia[]
- Dr. Psy-Q uses a device to link his mind to Dodgers' mind, where he finds the duck's fascination with women, along with the guilt he has felt for getting his friend into prison. He has a hard time snapping from the linking process but seems rather unfazed once he takes off the helmet.
- He applies a 'controversial form of shock therapy' on Dodgers, not yet approved by the galactic food and drug administration, which consists of bashing his head with a wooden plank. It works wonders on Dodgers' mind.
